Tiffany began training at an early age. Throughout her youth she worked professionally, dancing in numerous pop videos and modelling for the likes of Harrods and Disney. At 16 she was awarded a full scholarship to continue her training at Laine Theatre Arts.
Tiffany recognises the importance of taking an interest in all areas of the performing arts sector and encourages students to do the same. Her wide and varied experience as a performer, producer and academic means Tiffany has the ability to ensure students gain a relevant and complete understanding of the industry.
Tiffany Campbell Sweeney
Aaron is artistic director of The Company Performing Arts and AJL Theatrical LTD. He has completed his ISTD Fellowship and Level 6 Diploma in Dance Pedagogy with a specialism in Tap Dance. Aaron also holds qualifications with the RAD, IDTA and BBODance and is proud to be a part of the teaching and creative team for the ISTD.
Performance credits include ‘42nd Street’, ‘Spirit of the Dance’, ‘Essence of Ireland’ and ‘Ireland’s Call’ international tours. ‘Lily Live’ for ITV plus ‘The Biz’, ‘Blue Peter’ and ‘The Generation Game’ for BBC Television. Aaron spent 3 years as Resident Dance Director for ‘Spirit Productions’ before being invited to direct the worldwide tour of ‘Fire of Dance’ which ran for five consecutive years. Aaron has since been appointed as Irish dance director for ‘Thursford Spectacular’ in Norfolk.
Director of Development
Phil trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. Credits as an MD/keyboard player include Blood Brothers UK Tour, Shrek the Musical UK Tour, Joseph & The Technicolour Dreamcoat tour.
Other notable work has included working with Tony Award winning writers Maltby & Shire on 'Take Flight' at the Mernier Chocolate Factory, and a workshop recording with Disney legends Richard and Robert Sherman.
Phil also works as a composer, arranger and performing arts teacher and is very proud to be Head of Musical Theatre for Tiffany Theatre College.
Head of Musical Theatre
Chriss is a Fellow and former major examiner of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and an Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance. Chriss trained at the prestigious Bush Davies Schools under the expert guidance of Marjorie Davies, Joyce Percy and Daphne Peterson; where she was given the honoured role as Head Girl for her final year. Chriss then taught at Bush Davies in Ballet, Modern and Tap before founding her first theatre school the renowned Tiffany Stage Academy in 1969 and celebrating over 50 years in the industry.
Chriss’ expertise in teaching ensures a consistently high level of training for students. Former pupils have been launched into the pinnacle of the industry, not just as performers but in many different roles such as directors, choreographers and producers. The students benefit from her personal rapport and her wealth of experience in the industry.
Chriss Campbell Welch
Dilly trained at The Royal Ballet School & English National Ballet, during which time she worked and performed with the company and won numerous prestigious awards.
She was Head Ballet Coach for “Billy Elliot the Musical” in the West End, for over 6 years until its closure. During that time she was also Assistant Choreographer & Ballet coach for “Billy Elliot” in Iceland, in charge of all their classical training.
Dilly has performed globally, including New York where she trained and danced with many contemporary dance companies. She was assistant choreographer for Flashdance - UK tour and also a guest choreographer for South West Theatre Ballet & Belfast & Midlands Theatre Ballet. She is teaching for ‘London Theatre Runway’ and ‘Ballet Boost’ associates. Dilly also teaches online for many companies including the established platform Magnetic Studios, and each year she holds international workshops.
She is extremely proud to be Artistic Director and Head of Ballet for Tiffany Theatre College.
Debbie trained at The Jayne Coleman Academy of Dance & Tiffany Theatre College. After a decade of performing she is now a choreographer and experienced teacher, working across the UK and Europe.
