Chriss Campbell Welch

Chriss is a Fellow and former Major Examiner of the Modern Theatre Branch of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing and an Associate of the Royal Academy of Dancing. Chriss trained at the prestigious Bush Davies Schools under the expert guidance of Marjorie Davies, Joyce Percy and Daphne Peterson; where she was given the honoured role as Head Girl for her final year. Chriss then taught at Bush Davies in Ballet, Modern and Tap before founding her first theatre school the renowned Tiffany Stage Academy in 1969 and celebrating 50 years in the industry.


Chriss’ expertise in theatre, television and technical teaching ensure a consistently high level of training for students and children. Former pupils have been launched into the pinnacle of the industry, not just as performers but in many different roles such as Resident Directors, Resident Choreographers and Producers. The students at TTC benefit from her personal rapport, her wealth of experience in the industry, and her continued success as a principal and teacher.

Liam Lunniss

Liam is one of the most talked of names in the UK pool of industry creatives. Not only is he TTC resident faculty, but he is also an ex-student of ours. His professional credits range from the likes of Whitney Houston to Katy Perry; Nicki Minaj to Shawn Mendes; Camila Cabello to Dua Lipa. His creative talents can be seen on shows across MTV worldwide (EMA, VMA, Isle of MTV, MTV The Grind) as well as shows such as The Brit Awards, The Voice and Britains Got Talent. Signed to the leading international dance agency, AMCK Dance, he has a consistent and forever growing career, sharing his valuable knowledge with our students - specifically mentoring the commercial course here at TTC; marrying with his 5 years to teaching only at TTC as resident faculty.

Amanda Butcher

DDE Coordinator

    Amanda trained at the Stella Mann School of Dancing in London under the tutorage and guidance of Arlene Phillips, Terez Nelson, and Kathy Burke among others. After her three years there, Amanda realised her capacity and talent for Jazz and so went on to dance in New York under the guidance of Fred C. Mann 111, Stephen Harding and Michael Owens. Her passion for dance has led Amanda to teach extensively throughout the UK and  overseas, specialising in Jazz, Modern, Tap and Ballet; as well as a dual Examiner for the ISTD. Her love of choreography is evident in all that she does, reflecting her distinctive style and artistry, creating unique pieces for workshops and shows.

    Rhian Duncan

    Rhian trained at Tiffany Theatre College then she went on to work as a Professional Dancer. 
    She has danced for artists such as Zara Larsson, Rihanna, Rita Ora, Drake, SteffLonDon, French Montana, Black Eyed Peas and EVE to name a few. Her versatile training carries through as she has worked also as a Musical Theatre Performer in shows such as Grease The Musical, Exposure The Musical and Blaze The Street Dance Sensation. She is a member of Birdgang Dance Company and has toured America, Canada, Luxembourg, and Africa. She has her own class at BASE & Pineapple every week and teaches workshops internationally. 

    Nik Graham

    Singing

      Nik Graham originally trained at Arts Educational and after 7 years of performing turned his talents to teaching. Previous students include Leona Lewis, Frankie and Rochelle from the Saturdays and Jessie J. He has numerous students in both leading and ensemble roles in West End Musicals and National tours. Nik really enjoys working with young people, and, alongside teaching, he works as a Musical Director and vocal coach for numerous Youth Companies.

      Debbie trained at The Jayne Coleman Academy of dance & Tiffany Theatre College. Performing credits include Top Hat the musical (West End), ELF! The Musical (Original West End cast), 42nd Street (UK tour), Olivier awards, White Christmas (UK tour), John Wilson BBC Proms (Royal Albert Hall), Spirit of the Dance & Broadway USA, Tap Dance Fever (Canada, Original Cast). P&O Cruises. Ocean village cruises. Jean Ann Ryan Productions. Creative and choreographic credits include Rock the Circus (Germany tour), A Christmas Spectacular (Drury Lane, Barbican & UK tour), choreographer for Cirque Enchantment. Debbie also is an adjudicator for The Janet Cram Awards.

      Sophie Atkins

      Sophie trained at Tiffany Theatre College. She has become of the leading female dancers in the commercial industry, performing with the likes of Jason Derulo, Ellie Goulding, Olly Murs, Macklemore, Dua Lipa and Take That to name a few. Not only has she worked with artists, but she also has a huge knowledge in the fashion industry, performing in shows such as "Clothes Show LIVE!" and featuring in campaigns for Dolce & Gabanna and Burberry.

      She has TV shows such as X Factor, Britains Got Talent and The Brit Awards under her belt as well as assisting some of the biggest choreographers in the UK. 

      She most recently has been choreographing for Nadine Coyle's UK PA Tour.

      Sam Salter

      Sam trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School & Laine Theatre Arts. He most recently made his debut with New Adventures in Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake 2018/19 tour.

      Other career highlights: Wicked, West End; On The Town, West End; Dick Whittington West End; West Side Story, UK Tour; Mary Poppins, UK Tour. Commercials and campaigns include: Nike, Dr. Marten, Paco Rabane & Coca-Cola & River Island.

       

      Tiffany Campbell Sweeney

        Tiffany began training at an early age. Throughout her youth she worked professionally, dancing in numerous pop videos and modelling for the likes of Harrods and Disney. At 16 she was awarded a full scholarship to continue her training at Laine Theatre Arts.

        Tiffany recognises the importance of taking an interest in all areas of the performing arts sector and encourages students to do the same. Her wide and varied experience as a performer, producer and academic means Tiffany has the ability to ensure students gain a relevant and complete understanding of the industry.

        Dilly trained at The Royal Ballet School & English National Ballet School, during which time she won numerous awards including at The Young British Dancer of the Year hosted by The Royal Ballet at The Royal Opera House. She has coached and choreographed internationally, including the production of “Billy Elliot the Musical” where she took over the complete classical training of the "Billys" in Iceland. Until its closure, she was also Ballet Coach for the West End Production of “Billy Elliot” for over 6 years. Most recently, she was Assistant Choreographer for “Flashdance UK tour” and is delighted to be a Guest choreographer for South West Theatre Ballet & Belfast & Midlands Theatre Ballet on their productions of “Beauty & the Beast” & “The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe”.

        Phil Gostelow

        Singing Technique

          Phil trained at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. Credits as an MD/keyboard player include Blood Brothers UK tour, Shrek the Musical UK Tour, Joseph & the technicolour dreamcoat tour. Other notable work has included working with Tony Award winning writers Maltby & Shire on 'Take Flight' at the Mernier Chocolate Factory, and a workshop recording with Disney legends Richard and Robert Sherman. Phil also works as a composer, arranger and performing arts teacher and very proud to be Head of Musical Theatre for TTC.

          Tim Major

          Acting

            Tim received his BA Hons. in Acting from Rose Bruford College having previously trained as a dancer at London Studio Centre under the Bridget Espinosa Scholarship. As an actor, Film credits include: KICKING OFF, ALLIES, BULA QUO, THE SCAR CROW, TWENTY FOUR HOURS IN LONDON. His TV work includes: ULITMATE FORCE, MURPHY’S LAW, EASTENDERS, HOLBY CITY, THE SINGING DETECTIVE. Theatre credits include: THE PRIME OF MISS JEAN BRODIE, A PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY, BOUNCERS, UP ‘N’ UNDER, WEST SIDE STORY, THE END OF INNOCENCE, LIKE A VIRGIN,  MOON PALACE. As a director he enjoyed a 6 year tenure at The Broadway Theatre, Barking where he wrote and produced their Christmas shows. He has written and/or produced the feature films Ellie Rose, Kill Keith, Kicking Off, Bula Quo, U.F.O., and Allies, all of which received UK theatrical releases.

            Christabelle Field

            Christabelle has worked in television and theatre as a dancer & choreographer on live TV shows and UK Arenas. She has performed with the likes of Rihanna, Will I am, Ne-Yo, Years & Years, Fifth Harmony, One Direction, Little Mix & Cheryl to name a few; as well as a featured dancer on shows such as The X Factor, Graham Norton, Alan Carr. She was in the original cast for Thriller Live (West End). Christabelle was a choreographer for ITVs Stepping Out, assistant for Little Big Shots and choreographs groups Poison & Sirens who perform at various UK events. Christabelle works throughout the UK and Europe as a qualified examiner and judge for the United Dance Organisation & teaches her own classes at Pineapple Studios, professional colleges & schools throughout London and Essex.

            Maria Swainson

              Maria began her performance career with the prestigious San Francisco Ballet as a guest artist, performing numerous roles including the Sugar Plum fairy. After leaving Ballet she went on to appear in West End Musicals such as Notre dame de Paris, Saturday Night Fever, Daddy Cool, Into the Hoods, and Flashdance.

              Having originally detoured from Hip Hop to Ballet she also crossed into the commercial world, performing with and Choreographing for artists including Jay Z, Kelis, George Michael, The Pussycat dolls, Kanye West, Fergie, Geri Halliwell, Alesha Dixon, Lady GaGa, Leona Lewis, Mary J Blige, Snoop Dogg, Whitney Houston and Alicia Keys.

              Maria now runs RiRi Productions, a full service dance agency supplying artists for film Television and Theatre.

              Marius

              Acro

                Marius was born and raised in Romania where for many years he was part of the Romanian Acrobatic Troupe at the static Romanian State Circus. The Acrobatic troupe then came to the UK and, after a while, he decided to settle in the UK. He then turned his skills to Gymnastics and became a coach with South Essex Gym Club sharing his knowledge and experience with young hopefuls. He is currently is extremely happy to be TTC’s Acro Coach.
